Suelta proudly offers worldwide shipping. We do our best to deliver your order safely and efficiently.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed during Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Orders placed before 10:00PM are usually processed as quickly as possible, but please note that processing times may vary during busy periods, sales, or holidays.
Delivery Estimates
Our estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days for most European destinations. For worldwide orders, delivery usually takes 10–12 business days.
The estimated total delivery time, including processing, is usually 6–10 business days for most orders. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier capacity, weather conditions, peak seasonal periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link or tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Suelta is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Once an order has been dispatched and is marked as in transit, we may no longer be able to change or redirect the delivery address. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at info@suelta-jewelry.com.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed address, or because delivery was refused, we may offer reshipment to a corrected address. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Suelta is not responsible for additional costs or delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location, with neighbors, or with your building’s front desk or mailroom.
If the package is still missing, please contact the carrier directly and then reach out to us at info@suelta-jewelry.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will do our best to assist you.
Please note that once a package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, Suelta cannot be held responsible for theft or loss after delivery.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage immediately with clear photos or an unboxing video. Contact us at info@suelta-jewelry.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and visual documentation.
Without photo or video evidence, we may be unable to process your claim. Once verified, we will review the situation and offer a suitable solution where applicable.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@suelta-jewelry.com for further return instructions.
